Step 1

Getting started is easy.  Simply click the button below to complete an account application form and then proceed to Step 2 and upload the required documents.

You will be asked to setup a bank account at Country Club Bank in Kansas City, which is where we also bank.  You will be the account owner and we will have no access to your account at any time.  We require you to have an account at our bank in order to facilitate easy and timely draw payments as needed.  If you have questions, please contact us at 913-687-3333.

Small Business Checking Account

  • Less than 100 transactions per month

  • Must maintain $500 balance

  • Online banking is free

  • $15 outgoing wires

  • $10 incoming wires

After you complete the application and submit all documents, the bank will process paperwork and send you a packet to be signed, notarized and returned.  The packet generally arrives within 7 - 10 business days from the time we receive all of your documentation.  A postage paid return envelope will be included with the packet.

Step 2

After you have completed the account application form, you will need to provide some documents in order to finish the account setup.


  • Copy of your driver's license or passport (front side only, MUST BE COLOR COPY)

    • If the address shown on your license is not the same as your current mailing address, you'll need to include a copy of a recent utility bill showing your name and your current mailing address.​

  • Copy of driver's license or passport for other account holders and signers

Required only for LLC's

  • Copies of the following LLC documents

    • Articles​

    • Certificate

    • Operating Agreement

    • FEIN Letter

  • Corporations / Nested LLC's / Trusts - (Contact us to discuss)
