Invest with your Self-Directed IRA

You may be able to earn tax-free or tax-deferred income by utilizing your Self-Directed IRA to invest in Trust Deeds and Mortgages.  Self-Directed IRA's are increasingly becoming a top choice for savvy investors.

What it is.

A Self-Directed IRA is a type of individual retirement account which gives you much more discretion in directing your investments.  Traditionally, IRA's were directed primarily by the custodian of the account who would make most, if not all of the investment decisions.  As access to information and alternative investment vehicles has increased, so has the popularity of the Self-Directed IRA.  The account is still managed by a custodian, but allows you much more latitude.

"Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world."
